She always knew she wanted to be a doctor and subsequently found her passion in women's health with obstetrics and gynecology. She successfully earned her medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Louisiana Health Sciences Center New Orleans (Baton Rouge program). As a primary care doctor for women, Dr. Castillo-Quek loves to educate young women on contraception, manage high-risk conditions such as diabetes and hypertension in pregnancy, and perform minimally invasive surgery. After being away for residency, Dr. Castillo-Quek has decided to return to Florida to be closer to family and friends.
